We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Customs, duties, and taxes (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by Canadian customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order or shipping total. Canada's duty-free threshold for courier shipments from the US is CAD $40 (fully exempt from duty and tax) and CAD $150 (exempt from duty, though sales tax still applies), so most orders above those amounts may arrive with additional charges collected by the carrier. Roditeli is not responsible for customs delays or these fees.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Incorrect address
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly, and we cannot guarantee an address change once an order has shipped. Contact us right away at roditeliproductions@gmail.com if you notice an error.
Lost or damaged packages
